Provide medical-legal consultations and medical case management for a variety of different customers including: plaintiff attorneys, defense attorneys, probate attorneys, probate courts, trust officers, insurance carriers, family members and state agencies.

Duties:

  • Estimate future medical costs by creating comprehensive Life Care Plans. Provide deposition and trial testimony for life care plans on a regular basis. Has completed over 300 Life Care Plans, 200 depositions, 30 trials including testimony in Federal court.

  • Create annual medical budgets for disabled individuals utilized by Probate Court, trust officers and probate attorneys

  • Conduct on-site evaluations assessing disability needs for therapy, equipment, architectural needs, wheelchair needs, orthotics, diagnostic testing and medical consultations, homecare and facility care
