About Rehab Assist Inc.

Rehab Assist, Inc. is a medico legal consulting company incorporated as a Sub-chapter S corporation under Illinois Law in December, 1993.

It is wholly and equally owned by Henry P. Brennan, Jr. and Thomas J. Kleinhenz. Messrs. Brennan and Kleinhenz have a combination of 36 years of experience working in the healthcare arena.

The company is engaged in the provision of case management Life Care Planning and guardianship services. Both Messrs. Brennan and Kleinhenz are experienced and knowledgeable in conducting detailed evaluations, identifying existing (or potential) problems and recommending a range of solutions to meet their clients' needs.

Messrs. Brennan and Kleinhenz work closely with attorneys, banking and trust personnel and the probate court system. They frequently stand before probate judges to present detailed evaluations with an accompanying plan of care (POC).

LIFE CARE PLANNER

Mr. Brennan is Director and Co-Owner of Rehab Assist, Inc., a disability consulting firm. His expertise lies in Catastrophic Case Management and Life Care Planning. Mr. Brennan has been deposed over 150 times over the last 10 years. He has testified in Circuit Courts as well as Federal Court.

Mr. Brennan consults for both Plaintiff and Defense firms with more work currently being performed for Plaintiff (70%) / Defense (30%). Mr. Brennan has worked nationally.

Mr. Brennan holds a license in Speech Pathology from The State of Illinois and the Certified Case Management (CCM) credential from the Case Management Society of America. He is also a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP).

Mr. Brennan frequently testifies and consults with the Probate Court on issues of disability. He serves as Case Manager and Guardian of the Person to a number of disabled minors and adults.

RATE SCHEDULE
Effective October, 2007 the following rates will be charged for services as outlined. Unless otherwise noted all rates are per hour of service.

*Travel denotes time spent commuting from office to client's home (round trip).
Other travel related expenses, i.e. parking, airline tickets, etc. are billed directly to client.
